The socks continue, I’m starting to see the fun of them. They aren’t my fav thing ever but I’ll probably have some sort of socks always on the needles since its a quick portable project. I *heart* the portable. However, I will find a better for me sock pattern though. The one I’m using right now is a tad bit bulky. Probably fantastic for socks for hiking though. Anyway they are done up to turning the heel on one and about a third of the way through the heel flap on the other. I rather like doing both at once since it means no second sock syndrome. I’ve also been working on branching out. I had a horrible time yesterday working on that but in the end after searching for some tips I finally started to get it. The bigger pattern notes really really helped. I had considered it before but wasn’t sure it would make that much of a difference. I have a goal of having both socks turned and finishing branching out by Monday. It shall be done and it can be done! I must stop and get something to block it on too. since I doubt the ironing board will be long enough. At any rate I should get going so I can do other stuff.
