Jaywalkers 2.0

Posted by – July 2, 2006

I’ve been in a bit of a knitting funk lately. I have yarn I have 3 sweaters worth. A whole bunch of scarf yarn. A bunch of sock yarn with more on the way and yet nothing felt right. Part of it is the needle issue since I am ordering the new knit picks needles and I don’t want to switch needles in the middle of a big project like the clap so that pretty much left me with umm socks. So why not do jaywalkers. But I figured I’d switch the yarn. Just to make it different. Plus ok I was hungry to use the lorna’s laces. It knits like butter…I am in serious love. It’s so much softer than bearfoot. So I did the ribbing and a couple of rows. It’s glorious. Much less splity and also easier to fix when making a mistake. I should also start something else so I can switch off. It’s the damn needle problem again since I refuse to switch off in the middle. Hmm….I suppose I’ll figure out it soon enough.
