Well I finished it in only a couple of days. Its blocked and ready to be shipped out. It looks pretty nice except yet again because its the hand painted stuff and I only had 88 yrds of it I had to block the hell out of it. I can’t post a picture yet either since it is a gift. But I will soon. I was at this stupid fundraising thing and I cast on for a washcloth but….I’m so freaking sick of that pattern. On the other hand I could do with some mindless knitting. I really really could. But I also need a scarf, its a disgrace that I am a knitter and wearing one of husbands scarves from the gap. Or there is the HP scarf. Maybe I’ll cast on for that. Its supposed to snow tomorrow so after I clean my house I plan to get in some good knitting time. My hands are all messed up from winterizing my lawn and trimming my rose bushes but I might do some work on something before I go to bed. I was sort of pondering taking up spinning. My husband is away and I could use yet another hobby. I get money for christmas maybe I’ll do something crazy smart with the money and buy a wheel.
