So today I start spring cleaning. I also need to make a list of the other stuff I need to get done before Justin comes home. I want it to be really nice for him when he does. I figured this week I’d work on the house and get the big stuff done and then next week work on the yard and me so then when I hear he’s on his way I can do a quick dust/vacuum and it will be done and I won’t be exhausted. Today’s task will be to make the list and work on the bedroom and cat litter room I mean half bath. The responses to ‘are libtards in fact a separate species?’ were really nice, the people who read it seemed to really like it. I figured I’d make a series of them. No one has really looked at them anthropologically. It would be difficult considering most anthropologists are libtards and its incredibly difficult to study your own culture. However I do think I will set up another blog to do so. Since I am not really comfortable with my personal blog also posting stuff like that in case it gets linked places. Now I just need to find a domain name. Then I’ll have to design the sucker. In keeping with my love of vintage-y style maybe I’ll go for something WWII inspired but we’ll see. According to the scale I’ve lost weight which is a good thing. Still have a ways to go in my opinion but you know its a good start and all that. This weekend was nice I got the first of several bedroom pieces assembled. I think I did a great job but you can judge for yourself.
See isn’t it lovely. Its 47 lbs of pure wood loveliness. Anyway I spent 2 days on that sucker. Future pieces won’t take as long since I now know what I’m doing. I also have the magic cordless screwdriver! I finally finished the crazy lace scarf but I won’t bore you with the details on that. So all in all a productive weekend. I did get sad though. I was refolding Justin’s shirts and I remembered an occasion for all 50 of them. It just made me miss him. Anyway wangst is not in my game plan for today and I have a knitting post to make too.
